Lion Rock Holdings, LLC engages in consulting, speaking, and investing activities that enrich lives by helping its clients grow businesses, lead change, and develop their communities.
Lion Rock Holdings was founded by Mark Peters after he successfully took over and then grew his family business. Its name is a direct reference to his father, Leo Peters.
Mark Peters
Mark Peters is the CEO of his family business, Butterball Farms, and the founder and CEO of Lion Rock Holdings, LLC.
In the fifteen years since Mark took over his family business, he has grown it more than 400% while fostering a culture of excellence that has made it an employer of choice in West Michigan and an industry leader garnering numerous awards for quality and service.
To “Enrich Lives” is Mark’s personal passion and it is also Butterball Farms' mission statement. Mark has enriched many lives and strives to have every employee and the larger community share in this mission. He is involved in a number of non-profit organizations and his focus is on organizations that provide community development through services or education.
